Previous assignments include: CFO, Controller, Audit Manager, Tax Preparer, Operations Manager and President. His Non Profit background is augmented by holding the position Director of Business Affairs for the Museum of Science and Industry.
Mr. Kosiak graduated with major in accounting and finance from Loyola University. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Michael Kosiak is a Certified Public Accounting and a licensed Public Accountant in State of Illinois. In addition, he is both a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Personal Financial Specialist.
He has taken and passed the NASD licensing exam for securities and financial planning ( Series 7 & Series 66 ) and the State of Illinois Heath, Life and Disability insurance licensing exams.
Michael has been a part time Adjunct Professor at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management specializing in Cost and Managerial Accounting focusing on operational analysis, cost management and process improvement.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the AICPA Personal Financial Specialists, the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified Financial Planner Practitioner.
